VARENZO uses artificial intelligence and digital editing tools to create, recreate or enhance some product images, campaign visuals and videos. These visuals use product-reference imagery and information relating to the pieces offered for sale.
Understanding our visuals
Some images are digital representations rather than unedited photographs of a physical piece. Backgrounds, lighting, reflections and presentation may be digitally created or adjusted.
AI-assisted presentation is not independent evidence of a product’s materials, measurements, stone quality, manufacturing process or included documentation.
Our responsibility
Product visuals and descriptions must accurately represent the merchandise offered. Digital editing must not imply features, construction, proportions or included items that the customer will not receive.
Differences caused by lighting or screen settings do not excuse a materially inaccurate representation. Written specifications supplement product imagery; they do not override a misleading image.
Before ordering
Review the product’s listed materials, measurements, size options and included documentation. If a detail is unclear or not listed, contact Client Services before ordering. We will clarify available information rather than make an unsupported assurance.
Your rights
This disclosure does not limit applicable consumer rights or remedies for merchandise that is defective, incorrect or materially different from its description. Our published return and refund terms continue to apply.
