Storage

• Store your piece in a clean, dry area, ideally in a soft pouch or lined jewelry box.
• Keep pieces separated from one another to prevent scratching and tangling.

What to Avoid

• Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, chlorine, and bleach, including pool and hot tub water.
• Avoid household cleaning products.
• Minimize direct contact with perfume and lotion — we recommend applying these before putting on your jewelry.
• Avoid abrasion against hard surfaces and other jewelry.
• Remove your jewelry before high-impact activities, exercise, swimming, or sleeping.

Cleaning

• Clean sterling silver gently with a soft silver polishing cloth.
• Clean moissanite using appropriate, non-abrasive jewelry-cleaning methods, such as a soft brush with mild soap and water, followed by a gentle pat dry.

A Note on Tarnish

Sterling silver is a natural material and may tarnish over time with exposure to air and moisture, even with careful use. Regular gentle cleaning and proper storage can help minimize this, but we cannot guarantee that tarnish will never occur.
