Moissanite is 9.25 on the Mohs hardness scale (diamond is 10) and has a higher refractive index than diamond, which gives it a distinctive fire and sparkle. We always describe it as moissanite, never as a diamond, so you know exactly what you're buying.

When you order, we order your piece from our supplier. When it arrives, we pack it in VARENZO packaging and ship it to you with tracking.

Materials are listed on each product page, and where a piece ships with a certificate, it is noted on that product page. If you want to confirm anything before you order, email us.

VARENZO currently ships within the United States only. International shipping isn't available yet.

We ship within 21 days of your order, and most orders arrive in approximately 2–4 weeks. Standard shipping is free on all U.S. orders. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates — actual transit time can vary.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order ships. Tracking may take some time to update.

For any date-sensitive occasion, we recommend ordering at least 5 weeks in advance. We can't guarantee delivery by a specific date.

If there's an issue with your order, contact us within 7 calendar days of receiving it. Email varenzojewelryco@gmail.com first with your order number and clear photos of the item and the opened packaging, and wait for our authorization before sending anything back. The return address is provided only after approval. For approved damaged, defective, scratched, missing-part, or VARENZO-error orders you can choose a full refund or a free replacement, and VARENZO covers the return shipping.

Because we order each piece from our supplier after you purchase, we can't accept returns or exchanges for a variant you selected and later change your mind on — please review sizing details on the product page carefully before ordering. This doesn't apply if an item arrives damaged, defective, scratched, missing a part, or incorrect.

For hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale for change of mind, except where they arrive damaged, defective, scratched, or were sent in error by VARENZO.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method only — we don't offer store credit in place of a refund.

Yes, within 30 minutes of placing your order — email varenzojewelryco@gmail.com with your order number. After that window, we may already have ordered your piece from our supplier and may not be able to change it.

Email us and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it. Delivered-but-missing packages are investigated individually.

VARENZO pieces are 925 sterling silver set with moissanite. Exact materials and any included certificate are noted on each individual product page.

Individual sensitivities vary, and we can't make guarantees about any one person's skin. Check the materials listed on the product page, or contact us before ordering if you have specific concerns.

Keep pieces away from perfume, lotion, and harsh chemicals, store them separately to avoid scratching, and gently polish with a soft cloth.

Where a piece includes a certificate, it is noted directly on that product page.
