VARENZO / LEGAL

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what VARENZO ("VARENZO," "we," "us") collects when you visit varenzojewelry.com or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have. VARENZO currently ships within the United States only.

1. Information we collect

Contact and order information: name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), shipping and billing address, products ordered, order history, and order status.
Account information: details associated with a customer account, if you create or use one.
Payment information: payments are processed by the payment providers available at checkout (including Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay). We do not receive or store your full card number; we receive limited payment details such as payment status.
Customer service communications: emails and any photos or details you send us about an order, return, or accessibility request.
Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site, and similar information collected through cookies and similar technologies when you browse the site.
Marketing preferences: your email address and your choice to receive marketing emails, if you sign up.

2. How we use information

To process, fulfill, and ship orders and to provide customer service.
To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and other order-related messages.
To send marketing emails, only if you have opted in.
To operate, secure, and improve the website, and to measure how it is used.
To detect and prevent fraud and unauthorized activity.
To comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations and to resolve disputes.

3. Marketing communications

VARENZO's marketing communications are sent by email only. We do not currently send marketing text messages (SMS). You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in each email or by emailing varenzojewelryco@gmail.com. Unsubscribing does not stop order-related emails.

4. Who we share information with

Shopify, which provides our store platform, checkout, hosting, and customer-data storage.
Payment providers that process your payment.
Shipping carriers and third-party fulfillment partners that receive the name, address, contact details, and order contents needed to prepare and deliver your order.
Email and communication services we use to respond to you.
Sales-channel, analytics, and advertising-measurement providers. Our store is connected to the Shop, Google & YouTube, and Facebook & Instagram sales channels. These channels and other site tools may collect information through cookies and similar technologies, subject to your cookie choices described below.
Authorities and professional advisers when required by law or needed to protect rights, safety, or security.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some advertising or analytics technologies may involve disclosures that certain U.S. state laws treat as "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising"; you can opt out as described in Section 5.

5. Cookies and your choices

Strictly necessary cookies and similar storage keep your cart, checkout, and site security working and are always on. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are controlled by the cookie banner: you can choose Accept All, Reject All, or Customize. Your choice is stored in your browser and applied to Shopify's customer privacy settings. You can review or change it at any time with the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a request to turn off optional analytics and marketing cookies and to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for that browser. You can also use our Your Privacy Choices page, or block cookies in your browser settings (some features may not work).

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to know or access it, correct it, delete it, receive a copy, and opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information. To make a request, email varenzojewelryco@gmail.com with your name, the email address used for your order, and the request you are making. We may need to verify your identity, and some information we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons. We will respond as required by applicable law.

7. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, prevent fraud, and resolve disputes, and then delete or de-identify it unless the law requires us to keep it. We have not set a single fixed retention period for all information.
